All registrations must be made through the Forum website https://rti-forum.org/2025

A handling fee of £ 18.00 will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees. Rates are inclusive of VAT calculated at 20%.

In case of fluctuations in VAT the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.

Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payment can only be accepted on-site where on-site fee will be applicable.

*Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, any other allied healthcare professionals and to those born after January 1, 1995, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email a copy of official document indicating age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

**Applies to staff and/or associated representatives of any for-profit organisation (excluding any of the above roles)

***This reduced rate applies to members of the British Association for Lung Research (BALR). Please provide your BALR member number while registering to qualify

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at info@rti-forum.org.
  • Before 9 December 2024 all fees will be refunded minus £ 48.00 for administrative charges.

All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.

  • From 9 December 2024: no refunds will be made.
  • Name changes will incur a £ 48.00 charge to cover administrative costs.

From 9 December 2024, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.
