The secretariat desk will open on Monday February 3rd 2025, from 12.30 and the schedule is as follows:

The setup and dismantling of the exhibition area is accessible only to sponsors who booked an exhibition booth.

The exhibition area will be open, following secretariat desk opening hours.

The participant’s name badge will be provided by the Organising Secretariat at the Secretariat Desk.

All participants are requested to wear the badge throughout the congress. Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions, exhibition, and social events.

Effective attendance is checked through badge scanning when going in and coming out of the plenary room. A minimum of 6 hours of effective attendance is required to issue the certificate of attendance.

The certificate of attendance will be downloadable from the website https://rti-forum.org/ using your personal credentials sent by e-mail, starting from February 12th 2025.

Important note: Certificate of attendance would be delivered only to registered participants who attend at least 6 hours of congress sessions.

For Group Participants: Please note that we require personal e-mail for each participant to send the certificate of attendance.

A cloakroom is at the disposal of participants at the entrance of the Congress.

Delegates are kindly requested not to leave their personal belongings after closing times of the secretariat desk.

The 7th Forum on Respiratory Tract Infections has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 15 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s) with the CPD code: 150659.

All costs are in Pound sterling (GBP).

The 7th Forum on Respiratory Tract Infections will be a fully onsite event, with no online participation. Recordings of the sessions and lectures will be available for all registered participants on the congress website rti-forum.org/2025 from February 12th 2025 to August 29th 2025. For access, click on the “Presentations” button and enter your personal credentials.

The Congress Organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or because of the Congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Congress and book your travel.

The official language of the Congress is English.

No simultaneous translation is provided.

Lunches and coffee breaks will be served to the participants in the Atrium of the Glasgow Science Center according to the schedule of the programme.

We encourage delegates to use social media to join the conversation around the Forum, to share and debate topics and be inclusive of those not in attendance with the #RTI2025

Delegates should respect confidentiality of material, specifically where this is made explicit by the speaker.

Social media should be used in a responsible manner, and be respectful of speakers and other participants.

Mobile phone should remain on silent whilst in the plenary room. Phone calls should be made outside and away from the doors.

Certain attendees visiting the UK, may require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the country. The ETA is a digital travel permit that must be applied for online before arrival. It is quick to obtain and is linked electronically to your passport. We encourage attendees to check their eligibility and requirements for the ETA well in advance of the Forum.
