THE CONCEPT
Accepted abstract presenters will have the opportunity to give a:
Poster presentation: Display their poster to the full audience and deliver a brief overview of their research, followed by a Q&A during the designated strolling poster sessions. Additional details on session timing and scheduling will be provided later.
All presenters will receive personal feedback from the Forum’s Scientific Committee, who will provide valuable advice to support the development of their careers as researchers and international conference faculty.
GUIDELINES
Online submission
- Select the category “poster presentation”
- Select the topic among the list, follow the instructions and complete your submission according to the rules.
- State the conflict-of-interest disclosures for each author at the end of the submitted abstract (If there are no conflict of interest, it should be stated as well).
Selection Criteria
The main selecting criteria will be the relevancy and scientific value of the abstract presented, evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Forum. The choice will be made at the Committee discretion.
Acceptance
Notifications to submitters will be sent by the beginning of February 2026.
