Hotel rates reported above are VAT Exempt. Rates are inclusive of VAT calculated at 20% for bank transfers. In case of modifications of VAT rates, Lena Events and Communication reserves the right to inform the Client and readjust quotes.
Please note that the rooms are available in limited numbers on a first-come, first-served basis on the dates of the Forum.
Registration to the Forum is mandatory to book a hotel.
Only rooms fully pre-paid are considered as confirmed.
Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as booking confirmation.

Cancellation or modification of hotel booking must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat Lena Events and Communication (info@rti-forum.org) and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Before 20 December 2023: all fees will be refunded minus £ 48.00 for administrative charges.
- After 20 December 2023: The total amount is considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
How to get from the Hotel to the Venue:
The 6th Forum on Respiratory Tract Infections will take place at Glasgow Science Centre (50 Pacific Quay, Glasgow G51 1EA, United Kingdom) which is just 11 minutes away by foot from the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC hotel. In order to reach the venue, head near the famous OVO Hydro building. Go South West from there till you reach the River Clyde. Once you reach the second bridge called Millenium Bridge, proceed South till you reach the Glasgow Science Centre.
