Registration to the Forum is mandatory to book a hotel.
Only rooms fully pre-paid are considered as confirmed.
Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification of hotel booking must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat Lena Events and Communication info@rti-forum.org and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Before 9 December 2024 all fees will be refunded minus £ 48 for administrative charges.
- After 9 December 2024: The total amount is considered as fully due and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable

How to get from the Hotel to the Venue
The 7th Forum on Respiratory Tract Infections will take place at Glasgow Science Centre (50 Pacific Quay, Glasgow G51 1EA, United Kingdom) which is just 11 minutes away by foot from the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC hotel. In order to reach the venue, head near the famous OVO Hydro building. Go South West from there till you reach the River Clyde. Once you reach the second bridge called Millenium Bridge, proceed South till you reach the Glasgow Science Centre.

How to reach the Hotel
From either the Glasgow Central or Partick stations head towards The Exhibition Centre train station which is located on the Argyle Line. From there head out towards Minerva Street and go South till you reach the Hotel. (7 minutes walking distance)
Glasgow Airport Express service 500
- From the airport, catch Glasgow Airport Express service 500 from stance 1 to Buchanan Bus Station. (make sure to get off at stop 2: Bothwell Street at Hope Street (near Central Station).
- Monday – Friday service operates every 12 minutes with additional trips added daily. Evening frequency is every 15 minutes daily.
- Buses run from Glasgow Airport between 05:00 – 24:00.

Once you arrive to Bothwell Street at Hope Street, head South till you reach Glasgow Central and take the Scotrail train till you reach Exhibition Centre.
From there head out towards Minerva Street and go South till you reach the Hotel. (7 minutes walking distance)
The closest bus stop is Finnieston Street bus stop for the Stagecoach X19, or if you feel adventurous you can jump off of the Sightseeing Bus ( Stop 10).
From there proceed North and you will arrive at the Hotel. (6 minutes walking distance)
